Refund policy

We want you to love your Alorium Restore™ Eye Massager. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your unused, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, contact us at support@alorium.net with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Items that are used, missing original packaging, or returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
